DESCRIPTION
Land Rover Defender Armoured 2 DAK is a special armoured vehicle intended for transport of military and police troops in dangerous areas. The vehicle may be equipped with modular Dismountable Armor Kit (DAK) increasing the level of ballistic and blast protection. The vehicle modification can, based on customer´s preferences, include:
- The car body reinforcement by protective steel items
- Undercarriage armouring protection
- Run flat tires
- Automatic fire suppression system
- Main weapon (12,7 mm machine gun) in the roof turret
- Communication system with antennas
- Additional weapon mounts for lighter guns
- Roll-over protection frame
- Detachable armouring
- Wire cutting system
- Rescue winch
